scam email

when I send any email from Outlook.com, I get this in my junk mail.  This happens on every email I send out.

mx.google.com rejected your message to the following email addresses:

jrdurazo128@gmail.com
The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now. Please try resending your message later, or contact the recipient directly.

mx.google.com gave this error:
The email account that you tried to reach is over quota. Please direct the recipient to https://support.google.com/mail/?p=OverQuotaPerm 188-v6si49050429pfd.19 - gsmtp

You get this error because the user can not accept any more email because they have reached there mail box quota, get the person to delete some of their email messages especially emails with attachments as they take more space.

I am not emailing this person. This happens on any email sent out. I also  deleted him from my autocomplete in outlook and it is still sending him email.
I'd check to see if there are any Rules created that forward all of your outgoing emails to that address.

I'd also look in Sent Mail to see if there is a history of email going to that address.
Just curious; if you send email from your Outlook.com email address (or to another email account you have on another system) to your Outlook.com email address:
  1. Do you get the message regarding the other account?
  2. Does the new message in your Inbox make any reference to this email in the To / CC?
I created a rule to block this email address and it seems to be working.  I am still not sure why this is happening.

My only concern with your solution is you may be fixing the symptom but not the cause. You may be blocking the incoming emails but you haven't found out why. If it were me, since this is a weird occurrence, I would want to know if the root cause is serious or not so serious.
