No single answer to your question. These all are email authentication protocols at recipient level to ensure email is received from valid source and indeed from valid email address
For every term, there are hugh write ups available on internet and we cannot setup above for you with this short post
Please conduct your own study 1st to get idea what are these terms and if you have specific question, please shoot here

Outlook doesn't use them, Email Servers do use them to confirm to other email servers that they are who they say they are.

these records are made on the hosting level (domain or O365), not from outlook itself, and they need you to modify your DNS records.
  • SPF:  Sender Policy Framework
  • PTR: Pointer
  • DKIM: DomainKeys Identified Mail
  • DMARC: Domain Message Authentication Reporting & Conformance

The DNS records will be setup on your sending MTA, not your receiving Mailbox system (Outlook).

If  you're sending from your own IPs (rather than use a relay service), you'll also warm up the IPs + sender address(es).

My suggestion, either use a relay service like MailGun or if you're sending from your own IPs, hire someone to assist you.

Tip: If you must send from your own IPs + you must setup your entire config yourself, then the Return Path site has many articles + the Dmarian site has many test tools, to ensure your setup is correct.
