One Fax (e-fax) service for all staff

Electronic Fax Service. I am looking eFax system works with Microsoft 365. Does anyone have a recommendation? Most of e-fax system require a per-user license but you don't need 200 fax service.  Fax is rarely used these days yet it is still in use by staff as they need.  According to the company, Mitel in this case, the fax service is associated with one email and i have to share with many users. it seems that i have created a fax email account and shared by all staff, is there any way to use this better way? I am willing to test out whatever you guys recommend.  Thank you.

In Word 2016 one of the print options is to Print to Fax.

When selected with nothing setup it goes through a dialogue asking for the setup. The first screen asks whether you want the fax to go via a built in modem (unlikely I guess) or via a Fax Server.

I don't know anything about setting up a Fax Server but presumably it would be hosted by a server on your local network.

Your staff that need to use Fax will then need to be granted access to the Fax Server.

For clarification:  What is eFAX as opposed to regular FAX?  Is it something that goes over the internet rather than over POTS telephone lines?

yes. rather than one location of the fax, email to fax, fax to email.  I rather not trying to create a fax server.
