Please confirm  the correct way to connect stack cables on 3    Cisco switches  WS-C2960X-48FPD-L
currently have it like this please check file:

According to Cisco, your drawing A is typically recommended method to connect stack ports, but I guess as long as resulting is a ring topology it should be OK (there is no reason why drawing B should not be OK). Cisco has few different propositions how to connect stack cables depending on length etc...
Do not leave to chance which device will be stack master - assign highest priority to device which you want to be stack master and next highest priority to device that should become new stack master if primary stack master fails (if you can, try to avoid situation where stack master has uplinks configured).
Agreed either of the will be fine, I always use example A, but Im creature of habit!
