Nexus 6P -> Google Voice

Hi, i have an old nexus 6p, i want to use this only for google voice on wifi. How can i make it work?

I'm not sure I understand your question. Have you gone to Google Store with your Nexus 6p and installed the app? Is the problem that you've done that and it's not working? If so, did you verify it installed correctly? Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app? Your old phone appears to be supported from what I can tell.

Check the system specifications needed for it to work. You might like to try emailing Google voice support at this address: apps-help@google.com

So there is a trick to this: Google Voice I believe depends on the Android Dialer app. However you can still accomplish what you want...

Instead of getting the Google Voice app, get the Hangouts Dialer app. Make your calls directly from that app. That will let you make calls with nothing more than an internet connection. (I just tested it with my phone in Airplane Mode)
