how can i get list of "mobile hotspot activated computers" in my domain? may be some powershell script or article about it?

I don't quite understand what you mean with "mobile hotspot Activated computers" can you do a clarification or define it ?

there is a function "Mobile Hotspot" in windows 10. Users can share their internet connection via this feauture. example user1 has "full access" to internet. but other users in his room has limited access. Via " mobile hotspot " function he can share his full internet connection with everyone in his wifi range. you can find this feature in "connection" tab.
