there is a function &quot;Mobile Hotspot&quot; in windows 10. Users can share their internet connection via this feauture. example user1 has &quot;full access&quot; to internet. but other users in his room has limited access. Via &quot;&nbsp;mobile hotspot &quot;&nbsp;function he can share his &nbsp;full internet connection with everyone in his wifi range. you can find this feature in &quot;connection&quot; tab.
