Network printer dosent gets installed on windows 10 workstation .

Hi

I have upgraded the PC from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and have logged into the PC as domain administrator. We have a RICOH AficioSG3100SNw  shared printer  and  was successfully  working with Win7   and after moving to win 10  when I connect to  the printer from windows 10 PC it says  " a policy is in effect on your computer which prevents you from connecting to this print que. Please contact your administrator.

I came across the link below  and please let me know do I need to configure this GPO on computer policy or the user policy

Any help will be great.
Thanks
