Remote Web Workplace problem

SBS2008: I want to start using RWW to connect to my office pc. I already worked out that IE is the only browser that will get you in there, and then only after adding the site to the compatibility view settings.

So now I can get into RWW and see the screen with the 3 main buttons. When I click the 'Connect to a Computer' button I get the list of available computers, but when I choose the computer I want, a blank window pops up and I can get no further (see attached image)

Can anyone help me with this please?

No sorry, that article gives a fix for when a VBScript error occurs. I am not getting any error, just the blank screen I showed. I applied the fix anyway and edited the tsweb.aspx file. But I am still having the same problem.
Is Pop-Up is disabled under IE Settings?
I can't find that setting. But the blank window which I am getting appears to be a popup window.
Hi Merlin,

This issue is observed from the every client machine you access RWW from.

Please share below details:
- What is the OS Version on clients?
- Is RDP is enabled on the clients machine?
- Is certificate installed on SBS 2008 is self signed or third party?
- Are there any error events on SBS 2008 server for RWW?
Hi again, thanks for your help so far....

The Client pc's I am trying to access are mainly windows 10. I also tried a windows 7 client and also to get into the SBS Server. In all cases when I select the computer, I only get that empty window with the SBS Logo.

Yes I can use RDP to access all the client pc's when I connect on the internal network.

The certificate on the SBS Server is a third party certificate and has not expired.

I cannot see any relevant events being logged.
Please run the SBS Best practice analyse tool and let me know if it reports any error related to remote virtual directory.
Also check the Microsoft event logs section:

Microsoft-Windows-TerminalServices-Gateway for any error or warnings.
Ok, the BPA isn't showing anything relevent. I checked that Event Log, it only shows an event for each time the TS Gateway
service  is re-started when I reboot the server.
