Do you know any good Program Management software? (Not project management, but program management, as in daily program)
I have many projects and it has become hard to decide which project to spend my time on. Can you recommend a Program Management software? (not project management! Program management, i.e. to put project names in there, attach some expected ROI, and prioritize which projects will be worked on, and which ones put on hold).

That's helpful, but Time Management is not Program Management.
Program Management is when we have multiple projects, personal or business, and we create our program (meaning we add all projects into the system, score them by ROI, prioritize projects with the highest and fastest net return to be worked on, and we become profitable in the short-term and long-term because we systematically put the most rewarding things into our program.
It is extremely important. All activities we do matter, but only some of those activities have the highest and fastest net return.
Time Management is a kind of micro management of time without any systematic approach for building a program.
More importantly, Program Management also should have a dashboard with all projects in our program and an overview of progress, i.e. how far each project is.
A project always has a beginning and an end. It is measurable, we can measure if we are 25% done, or 50% done, etc. The program is something we want to systematically work on, measure, and manage so that we get the biggest net return the fastest.
For example, $1000 return in one month is more than $5000 return in one year. Projects in the program all have their return, the time required to get that return, and so on.
I can't believe there is not any mainstream software for that. Am I overlooking some software that does this?
