Strange Chrome problem
Chrome refuses to load ANY webpages on one of my computers. Firefox and Edge work just fine. I have other computers on this network which use Chrome without issues.
Brand new custom built desktop computer, brand new Windows 10 install, fully updated, using a brand-new user on a brand-new & freshly formatted SSD with a brand new freshly downloaded Chrome x64 install with no user logins & no preexisting preferences or plugins of any kind. I tried changing the DNS and refreshing the DNS. I tried re-downloading and re-installing after a Windows rollback. Nothing seems to matter.
Has anyone ran into a similar problem? Does anyone know what could be causing this? Was there a bad Windows and/or Chrome build recently?

Thanks I totally forgot about the Chrome cleanup tool. I'll have to try that later tonight when I get home where the impacted PC is.
