Windows AD domain password expired in short time

I have Microsoft Windows Server 2012 AD domain user which it have same to server "Administrator" role and access right.
When I use user account login to this server it pop up message "The referenced account is currently locked and may not be logged on to."

When I used windows server Administrator to reset "password and logged" this account. I can use it again.

However, same this problem happen again for this user account after less than hour when I used it and logout this windows

Hi,

Have you tried just the "Unlock this account" option and then logging in with the same password as before?

I'm not sure what is causing the account to get locked out, but you may not have to reset the password every time.

I follow your suggestion but found user is locked. but can't show locked where "device" "3) Identify source device that lockout occurred on"

how to fix this problem?

Do you have any mobile devices that are connecting to your network using your network credentials?
