I believe Fences only works for desktop icons, but I could be mistaken.<br />

One option is to use an program like <a href="https://dexpot.de/?lang=en" rel="ugc">Dexpot</a> to setup rules for windows to automatically arrange themselves when opened. It's not quite the same as what you're asking for but it should get you pretty close.

Is there an easy to use software program that can display multiple apps in a control panel-like screen for windows? &nbsp;For instance, I want to monitor my magic jack app and 3 smart home apps in a framed set of 4 windows which divides the screen up in a fixed position that never moves. &nbsp;The idea being, they would be on a tablet or touchscreen as a control panel that will be always on, and provide a visual 24/7. &nbsp;I would want to be able to use these apps in the fixed frames if needed without the typical restore up/down/minimize/resize/mo<wbr />ve windows shenanigans. &nbsp;<br />
