thunderbird & seamonkey folder
what folder(s) does thunderbird & seamonkey mail store data on windows
Hi rgb,
I don't use Seamonkey, so can't speak to that, but Thunderbird has been my email client for many years and I can tell you that you may store the mail wherever you want...it depends on how you set up your profile. For example, I store mine in a folder on my J drive called Thunderbird-mail. You may learn more about it here:
Profiles - Where Thunderbird stores your messages and other user data
Note that the default profile folder is here:
C:\Users\<your Windows login username>\AppData\Roaming\ Thunderbir d\Profiles \

ASKER
C:\Users\<your Windows login username>\AppData
there is no appData folder (as a regular user)
is this only for administrator?
