the iphone may be using a different autodiscover url most likely so it will need to be reprovisioned with the new info. that is by design. outlook works because that in internal on the network authenticating with AD, while the iPhone is using activesync which is external. this is the expected result.

Check if we have an SRV record for the domain. If not then create it since Iphone will connect using autodiscover or SRV.

So, doing crosfortest move, mailbox becomes linked to user in user forest. Outlook redirects fine to new exchange but iphone doesnt, if i manually change server name under account it works as expected so the question is , should iphone automaticlly autodiscover new server in already existing exchabge account ? Autodiscover also works fine if i recreate account...
