SELECT  First_Name , Last_Name  from CHECKED_OUT INNER JOIN  BOOKS  WHERE CHECKED_OUT .Book_ID=BOOKS.Book_ID AND  First_Name ="Justin " and Last_Name ="Lee"

SELECT  First_Name , Last_Name  from BOOKS INNER JOIN  CHECKED_OUT WHERE CHECKED_OUT .Book_ID=BOOKS.Book_ID AND  First_Name ="Justin " and Last_Name ="Lee"

SELECT  First_Name , Last_Name  from BOOKS INNER JOIN  CHECKED_OUT WHERE BOOKS.Book_ID=CHECKED_OUT .Book_ID AND  First_Name ="Justin " and Last_Name ="Lee"

SELECT  First_Name , Last_Name  from  CHECKED_OUT INNER JOIN  BOOKS WHERE CHECKED_OUT .Book_ID=BOOKS.Book_ID AND  First_Name ="Justin " and Last_Name ="Lee"

all above 4 queries means same thing?

does it matter putting before after for the names and also for the conditions like equality also near INNER JOINs ?

not sure why i am not getting results

how below is different which gives correct results
SELECT Book_Name FROM CHECKED_OUT INNER JOIN BOOKS ON CHECKED_OUT.Book_ID = BOOKS.Book_ID WHERE First_Name = "Justin" AND Last_Name = "Lee";
please advise
