Need help with memory dump file from an HP laptop running Windows 7 Pro

The operating system for my HP Probook 470 laptop G3 laptop is Windows 7. A blue screen occurred just a few minutes ago.
I have attached the dmp file. Please translate this dump file for me. What is the problem?

try disabling Defender for testing.
you can also try a system restyore to a date all was ok
