From CentOS can you shift between multiple outbound ssh sessions?
If I ssh to connect to a CentOS Linux server - and from that server I want to open
say five SSH sessions and tab or control or however jump back and forth between
those five session - how could one do that? Is that a standard capability?

Maybe I should have been clearer. In this case i trying to SSH to the CentOS. In that SSH session is where I'm trying to approximate having multiple tabs as I do say in a Windows GUI based SSH client like Secure CRT. So I'm thinking perhaps there some key combination that would allow this? I swear I saw some co-worker scroll through multiple SSH sessions withing a single session on bastion host. But it's been a while.

Thank you!
You're welcome ;)
You may have to setup some custom key bindings to move between windows.
Some xterms (like OSX) come bound with a + icon in far right corner. Just click on the + icon to start a new shell in another tab.
