Keys "g and h" do not work in lap top

Dell lap to 5510 do not work keys "G and H" those bettween the mouse thing

Is any idea what happend, the keys seems well without no damage, I thik is software problem.

Enter BIOS and see if those keys work by typing a BIOS password, not setting it though

To confirm a hardware problem, plug in a USB keyboard. If it works the laptop probably needs a new keyboard

probably some crud has got in between the key cap and the keyboard, can you carefully pry out the key cap or blow out the affected area with compressed air?
