eDiscovery issue

I have created a ediscovery search in O365 portal search and compliance ediscovery.

I try to export the result by switching back to old experience and click the export button.

I usually see the next screen to specify export to a single PST.  When I click start, I do not see the

dialog box to copy the secured key and specify the file path.  I have tried this in IE, Chrome and Firefox but none of them

work.  

Please advise.

Any particular reason you are not using the new experience? The Exports tab there should have the download button, upon selecting a given Export task.

If you are using the legacy UI, there is no Export button - instead you need to click the "Download exported results" link on the right. If you want to change the export settings, you need to Restart the export, this is where you will see the option to export to single PST.
