Outlook message reply

When an outlook inbox message contains a link to an email address to utilize for the reply, on selection Windows 10 launches a selection to add an account with selections for Outlook, Exchange, Google, Yahoo, Icloud, Other.

My system is a single user Windows 10 PC, Outlook 2010 with a gmail account

How do I set the behaviour to replicate that of Windows 7 where a send message automatically opens with the provided target email address?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
