Hi I have a client that has a Neat database from version 5.3.1 I have the nwdb file and the backup file. &nbsp;I'm trying to setup neat and import that data for her. &nbsp;I have the last version of the software before it went all online, but I can't figure out how to import the backup. &nbsp;The Internet seems to be full of folks just like me that feel abandoned with desktop support. &nbsp; <br />

I/she doesn't want to go to the cloud, I just want to get the data back up and running.<br />

Software is any set of instructions that directs a computer to perform specific tasks or operations.
