FYI, in SSMS we have an option to create Schema Changes History report by following the below steps:<br />
1. Right Click your SQL Server Instance(if required at Instance level) or Database(if required at Database Level)<br />
2. Choose Reports -&gt; Standard Reports -&gt; Schema Changes History<br />
