Search Exchange database and export emails to a pst and results to an excel spreadsheet

I am using an Office 365 hybrid with exchange 2013. I need to search all mailboxes for a certain words in the subject body and attachments. I need to pull the email out to another mailbox and also populate an excel spreadsheet with the results. Is there a cmdlet i can run to do this or what is the best method to complete this?
