How do forward an old users incoming email to another users with Outlook 365
We use Outlook 365 sync with our AD in house.
We've since fired and rehired a user. Now I wan't to use the old users License and Azure and forward the old users email to the new user.
How do I go about doing this?

Now I don't need the user to be able to reply with he other email address.
I am not familiar with how to use the Poser cmdlet. However, I have access to the portal, but I need the license back from the old user in order to give it to the new user. I'm not sure if the forwarding rule is an option if I'm needing to delete the old user in order to use his license.

then setup a forwarding rule from the mailbox to whom you want to forward.
Another option, make the old user's mailbox as a shared mailbox, and share it with the other user.
there are several ways to achieve this .
you can setup forwarding on teh server as soon as it sees an email destined to oldemail address to add a Bcc to the new user
Do you want the new user to have the ability to reply with the other email address?
