How to determine how many event listeners are attached to an element?

i have a Javascript listener issue. Is there a way to tell how many listeners are attached to an element (by ID would be best) from the dev. console? If so, how? Or by any other means?

Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
