Assits in develop script or applet that modify network parameters without admin rights
I have a big problem for access some services using Port-Mapping/Redirection (TCP protocol) of SSL VPN of Sonicwall. That is for many restictions, the main restrictions are that i can not any install program (Including the on demand tunnel, that require admin rights for to be installed) because the final users do not have admin rights credentials, the computers are not in my domain, and some applications that i need looks for non public URLs (myserver.localdomain).
In envirorment without SSL VPN, for example, the device run programs (Not internet browsers) that access to myserver:8888 and myserver hostnames is resolved with one internal network IP
In enviroment with SSL VPN the connection, it only works if i edit the hosts file and set that myserver will be resolved using the IP 127.0.0.2 that correspond to ony port mapped application in SSL VPN.
I need to configure a script that modify the hosts file or sets a DNS server for the devices only whet those devices are connected the SSL VPN.
Can any one help me with the script?

Such a process still requires to be run as administrative user - you are aware of that, of course? That is, it needs an installation step with admin credentials at hand.
