Make sure the domain name used to send the emails exist within your organization and the exchange server is authorized to use it.,

Commented:
Sometimes this occurs when an email relay incorrectly rewrites the sender from someone@foo.com to someone@relay1.foo.com incorrectly, so the bare domain foo.com gets incorrectly rewritten as the relaying host (relay1.foo.com), so the recipient domain fails for all email.

Take a look closely at entire envelop headers, rather than just believing the STMP response is correct.

Is this an Exchange server or something else?

This is usually a DNS error where there's no A record for the mail server.

  1. I take it that xxxx.org is your domain right?
  1. Do you have an MX record for xxx.org?
  1. Do you have PTR record for the IP you are sending your emails from?
  1. Does this PTR record has a matching A record?
