Hi,

You have to change the settings in Putty. Mputty is just used to connect to multiple Putty instances.

In Putty you can change the settings by right clicking the on the window header. Then go to  Window->Colours.
Click on Default background in the bottom of the scroll box. Then set the RGB value to 255, 255, 255 and click the apply button.

Cheers

After changing the colors for a session, you have to save the session using the save button.

So load a session, change the colors, save a session. Pretty straightforward.
