what do you mean by troubleshooting guide? you can find answers on EE or google for every problem you face, but to find (one book) that contains all the errors, in my mind it's hard to find.

it should be a lot easier if you split that Q into parts, like troubleshooting hardware, software, installation etc...<br />
but imo there is no such thing as a book with solutions for everything.<br />
that is done by years of working in IT as hard, or software specialist - most people call it EXPERIENCE
