I am looking for a detailed Windows 10 troubleshooting guide.

I already found one on safaribooksonline.com and on Lynda.com, but are looking for others.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

A good "troubleshooting guide" is to ask questions on EE!

what do you mean by troubleshooting guide? you can find answers on EE or google for every problem you face, but to find (one book) that contains all the errors, in my mind it's hard to find.
nobusCommented:
it should be a lot easier if you split that Q into parts, like troubleshooting hardware, software, installation etc...
but imo there is no such thing as a book with solutions for everything.
that is done by years of working in IT as hard, or software specialist - most people call it EXPERIENCE

What do you mean by troubleshooting? If you have a problem, first you need to tell us the error number that Windows gives you. By this error, we can understand what problem arose and how to solve it.

If you wish to take a quick glance on what might be happening, run Reliability History.

Control Panel, Security and Maintenance, pull down Maintenance, and then run Reliability History.

Post a screen shot here to see what is going on in your system.

there's lots of things to check :
does it boot or not ( desktop or laptop)
does windows run - or not check event viewer and device manager
etc e etc

I am looking for book on troubleshooting Windows 10, I found one so far, but my thinking is that different authors  approach the problem differently so I need to look at all approaches when troubleshooting Windows 10

Most book authors describe how to use Windows.  These can be valuable as learning tools but not always troubleshooting.

Here is a decent book to start with

I have done a lot of Windows 10 troubleshooting (many articles here in EE) and books do not help normally.

these books can help a lot, but you must gain experience in the field, so you know what details to look at with certain problems
