Remote FTP folder as a mapped drive on a windows 10 computer

I would like to map an FTP folder on a remote site as a mapped drive on a Windows 10 computer.
Is this possible?

You can do that with WS_FTP (Ipswitch).  I have used this for using mapped folders on the remote machine.

Thanks John, where can I download this?
www.Ipswitch.com

I hope that will work for you

Thanks and how can I map an FTP folder as if it was a drive?
I map a folder so I can see it (as a Drive). Then start WS_FTP and in one window use the local folder and in the other window use the mapped folder.

WS_FTP does not then allow you to choose a folder that you are connected to and map it then?
I don't quite follow.
WS_FTP assumes the folders are available to use.  Mapping a folder is accomplished in Windows via Map Folder or NET USE if remote. Once mapped, WS_FTP can use the folders.

In some remote shell systems I have used, opening up the remote system may show you the folders already available to you.

I think WebDrive will do what I am looking for.

If the folders are available, you can navigate to them in one of the windows.

Why use 3rd party tools?

Just map it as a drive with ftp:// prefix

Thanks I tried this however it is malfunctioning, it is not retaining the full credentials, therefore for me it is not a reliable solution.

ExpanDrive and Webdrive will do the FTP mapping..
