Activities is showing a number of Advanced Find Views as selections in the View drop-down

Dynamics 365 Online

We are creating mobile forms for our company.  We are using the App Designer and most forms/views appear as required.

However, Activities is showing a number of Advanced Find Views as selections in the View drop-down (see below)

The views with FRM in the beginning should not appear on the mobile app.

We have tried deactivating under Advanced Find saved views but no luck.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

In the app designer, Where you have all the entities listed(Under components), did you remove these additional views? If yes, did you publish the changes?

After deactivating the views, did you publish the customizations? And did you click on Prepare Client Customizations?

I cant deactivate them, even through I am logged in as the system admin.  I get an error "do not have the rights"

How those views were created? by importing solutions?
apollo7Author Commented:
These views were created by different individuals in Advanced Find and then added to Saved Views.  (Btw, I was able to deactivate a saved view in Contacts (just not Activities)
apollo7Author Commented:
I used a managed solution to promote the personal views to system views (You can download the managed solution from Personal-View-to-System-View)  This saved the views as System Views which I can exclude using App Designer
