Outlook 2016 Search not working

on one of our Citrix servers, Outlook 2016 search does not work.  I've read several posts about rebuilding the Index or using Conversation View.

However I cannot have have every user do that.  Is there a fix or patch to solve this?

I did a reapir of Office to see if that might work.  It did not.

@Edwin the first article repair, rebuild the indexing did not work.   The registry key did not exist and there was no "update now".

The other article the registry settings were already correct.

@Shreedhar, there is no GPO management installed on the server.

What if I do an uninstall and reinstall Office 2016?
@J.R. Sitman, If none of methods works then you can uninstall and reinstall Office 2016 it is one of the solutions to fix the search problem. Or you can see the below reference:

This is the last option as you opt.

But first take all the mailbox and profile backup.
@Travis We have done everything in the article.  Yesterday we uninstalled and reinstalled.  That did not fix it.

We did notice that the problem goes away if we run Outlook in Safe Mode.   Any thoughts?
Could this be related to Citrix or the server itself?
We got the solution from Microsoft.   In our particular case, we had to uninstall 32 bit Office and install 64 bit.   Solved the issue
