vsphere can't display console

I run vSphere client 5.5.0 build 5067769 on Windows 7. found it "console" can't display Windows screen.
When use VM > open console is ok.

However, the VM operation system actually running is normal.

How to fix this problem?

Is it just blank or does it throw some error.. If you close the vsphere client and kill the processes in task manager, open it again. Do you still see the issue?

Any recent Windows patches? Worth checking this as security updates can create such issues

check the vsphere client installation prerequisites...

if the system meets it's requirements... then

run windows update, dotnet framework 3.5 sp1, update , flash and compatible Browser... as well..

My vsphere operating windows 7 and all packs is made update. But seem this problem don't solve.

But, why use same platform, I can use open Console from vsphere to view VM console
