Challenge: How to determine if a network issue caused a Polycom Trio phone to not dial out?<br />
To get the phone to work again, I unplugged an re-inserted the network cable.<br />
Would it be possible that the switch port &nbsp;is not generating enough power?<br />
Or the switch itself that is powering the phone has an issue?<br />
Maybe the Polycom Trio phone needed more power than what the switch is providing.<br />

I did not run diagnostics on the phone, nor do I remember the phone's model.
