Use shared mailbox as default send address

I am just setting up Exchange and Outlook 2016 on office 365.
I have 5 users and 1 shared mailbox 3 users have full access to the shared mailbox, 2 of these uses need to have the shared mailbox as the default send address for new emails, if they reply to an email in the shared mailbox it uses the shared mail address but not is they create a new email.

How do I get it to use the shared address as the default for all emails?

On their outlook clients, click the ribbon and and ensure the ‘From’ field is showing, they then put the email address of the shared mailbox in there and that’ll work providing they have full/send as access for the shared mailbox in question.

Thanks for the reply, I can send using from but I want it to default for all new emails to the shared account as 99% of the emails are sent from this address
The only way to achieve that is to create a mail profile for the shared mailbox and when the user opens Outlook, they would need to select the profile for the shared mailbox.
