There is a requirement that there will be the grid of employee having name,id,gender etc..And there will be the dropdownlist of employee names outside of grid. the requirement is that the values in the grid of employee name need to be populated at the top of dropdownlist. where we can do this whether in client side or server side. if cilent side means how we can achieve that scenario
