Get the first blank row in a range using a formula and VBA.

Not sure what end result you are trying to achieve but if you place the following formula in A15 it will return A9.
=ADDRESS(MATCH(TRUE,INDEX(A$7:A$13="",),0)+6,COLUMNS($A1:A1),4)

You may drag across the above formula to get the address of the blank cells in other columns as well.
