Why is a group policy on the SYSVOL of one controller but not on the other one?

Hi guys

We have two AD controllers on the same domain and if you access the SYSVOL on one of the controllers, you'll see that there's a policy that is missing. But this policy is sitting on the other controller when you go to its SYSVOL.

All of the other four policies are in both SYSVOL's.

Question is, why is there a missing policy and why are they different to one another?

Thanks for helping

The policy in the Sysvol is either not replicated to other DC or you might have deleted policy from one Dc and its associated folder in Sysvol did not got deleted from other DC

open gpmc \ group policy objects container, click details in right side and check if affected GPO folder guid is matching with any GPO one by one.

If found, you have some problem with Sysvol replication

DFSR Sysvol non authoritative restore on server where folder did not exists will help
