Virtual memory in server 2012

Hi,

I got a server 2012r2, which runs as terminal server and around 25 users log in at same time .
Got ram for 32 gb
Right now the virtual is set to initial&maximum size both to 4gb ,

How do I set the right initial and maximum sizes ?? Because In event logs, I get low virtual memory error messages

The general recommendation is to have a Page file that is as large as the amount of memory you have, Realistically, a server performing just DC & DNS wouldn't utilize anything close to 32GB of RAM unless it's the only DC in a giant organization, so it shouldn't really be utilizing the Page file that much. Is there anything else running on this server?

Hi sorry I made a mistake in the question.
It's actually not DC. It's the terminal server and around 25 users log in at same time.
I tried changing the virtual memory to automatic and now it uses 25gb of space for paging. Is this right ? Or I should I set custom size ?

Strange... I am running DC's with dhcp and dns on only 4 GB of ram...
But if you really need this...   https://blogs.technet.microsoft.com/motiba/2015/10/15/page-file-the-definitive-guide/

Hi Scott, sorry it's not dc .
It's terminal server running around 25 users simultaneously
