TSQL and SQL server difference

Hello ,
What are the differences between TSQL and SQL SERVER.

SQL Server is Microsoft's database application.  T-SQL is the programming language for manipulating the data inside a SQL Server database.

Maybe another way of putting things.
You can store the data in SQL Server then use a TSQL command to access and manipulate the data from your front end application (App, web site...)
