The most economical shipping method in Canada and the United States is US Postal Service / Canadian Postal Service parcel post standard delivery. This has always been the cheapest. &nbsp;I ship from both locations. <br />

Insurance (if you need to insure) is extra costs. &nbsp;<br />

Delivery is usually several days to a business week.
