Conflicts Folder in iOS Mail App
We have a iPhone with an Exchange account on it from Microsoft Office 365.
In the mailboxes section on the mail app, it is showing 1 unread message in the Conflicts folder. However nothing is in the folder.
I know I have had this issues in the past and had to delete the account and add it back to the phone.
Is there another way to resolve this rather precarious issue?

Go to settings
Select Mail, Contact and Calendars
Select the mail account that shows the unread message
Turn Mail to Off
Turn the iPhone off by holding down the power button for 5 seconds and slide to off
Wait 30 seconds turn it back on.
