Root(C:) on windows File Explorer
Root(C:) on windows File Explorer
we have internal website, when we click on an icon it opens a Citrix application that we log into then it opens up a window with other icons. After I click on an icon it opens file Explorer , on the top under Computer it show ROOT(C:)
It looks like all the subfolders under ROOT(C:) are really located in my PC but they are not . if I close out then go to the file Explorer in my computer I see completely different subfolders under my C drive, I do not see Root(C:) at all.
I believe Citrix is mapping the file Explorer to a location on a citrix server, but would like to know if that's the case and how it is done
Thank you
