Count in Excel

Attached I have a file for reference. Column A lists the line items of an invoice. There are two type of items. One states "Mobile Bath" and the other states "Bath & Groom".

I need Column to count how many times it says "Bath & Groom". I need column C to count how many times it says "Mobile Bath"

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Try this...

In B2
=(LEN(A2)-LEN(SUBSTITUTE(A2,"Bath & Groom","")))/LEN("Bath & Groom")

In C2
=(LEN(A2)-LEN(SUBSTITUTE(A2,"Mobile Bath","")))/LEN("Mobile Bath")

And then copy both the formulas down.
