I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

The extra page will "appear" automatically as you fill in more HTML content into it.
Unlike Word or PDF, it's not a page "minded" format. It's meant to be displayed on a computer screen to be scrolled through.

I don't get you. Can you explain the RESULT YOU WANT displayed as well? You have detailed how it looks now. Not exactly how it SHOULD look. You explained only a BIT how you want it, but still difficult to understand.
So as you explained how it looks now, explain the same way how it should look.
If not in text, maybe in screenshots.
