Unlike Word or PDF, it's not a page "minded" format. It's meant to be displayed on a computer screen to be scrolled through.

I don't get you. Can you explain the RESULT YOU WANT displayed as well? You have detailed how it looks now. Not exactly how it SHOULD look. You explained only a BIT how you want it, but still difficult to understand.
So as you explained how it looks now, explain the same way how it should look.
