Office 365 Exchange Outlook multiple mailboxes

Hi I have a client that has Office 365 through Go Daddy, it was just setup.  I'm trying to configured Outlook to have multiple email addresses, problem is the first Exchange email box goes in fine, the second one gives me an error "sorry another account from your organization is already signed on this computer".

Question, is it possible to have multiple Exchange email accounts using the same domain on the same profile?  If not, this seems like a large loophole in Exchange.

Thanks all.

You need a separate Outlook Profile for each Exchange Account (and you may even need a separate Windows User Account). Try the first approach (different Outlook Profile) first.

By the way, you can (and should) make a shortcut on the Desktop for each Outlook Profile

C;\Program …… \Outlook.exe /profile "profile name"

Thanks a ton John, the user is used to having one profile and having them just go to seperate folders, or PST files, can that still happen?
