Automatic Accept or Decline with Shared Mailbox and Room Mailbox
Hello everyone
I have the following questions:
I use a shared mailbox and a room mailbox. For both I want to manage the calendars via the Office 365 Admin Console and look for the options: automatic accept or decline.
I want it to look like this:
- Shared mailbox:
- Automatically accept meeting requests and remove cancelled meetings
- Send a confirmation that meeting request was accepted
- Room mailbox:
- Automatically accept meeting requests and remove cancelled meetings
- Automatically decline meeting requests that conflict with an existing appointment or meeting
- Send a onfirmation that meeting request was accepted
