Second add on monitor not working properly
Dear Sir,
I have a PC using two monitors.
Originally it was just a Philips Brilliance 220CW
Then I added a Dell S2240Lc monitor, but i when I try to use the second monitor, the dell monitor seems to be very "slow and not acting right".
Is there anything I can do about it?

Can you be more specific about "the dell motion seems to be very "slow"". I have no clue what "dell motion" means and the rest of it is pretty vague.
go to dell monitor display setting and change the aspect ratio...
seems it's resolution issue ..

when I move the cursor to the next monitor, the response is slow, there is a delay when the cursor moves or when I tried to move the windows folder over.
Do you see this slow movement when you stay within the bounds of one monitor?
If you right-click on a blank area of the desktop, then left-click on Properties, it will show you some settings. How many screens are displayed? Are they right against each other or is there a significant gap between them?

The resolution is 1680 X 1050 (Recommended)
In the main philips monitor, no issue.
2 screens are shown.
They are physically side-by-side, as the dell is the extended monitor.
