KDE has a tool called KDE-Connect, which ca at least synchronise data storage & clipboard buffer between phone/tablet and KDE-system.

Then again you can emulate an Android Phone on windows and get screenshots that way.

During my last project I used ApowerMirror app on my android phone to mirror the screen on laptop. It is not quite free but its free version is enough for someone. Works via wlan btw. You install an app on phone and an app on PC. They get synced.

KDE-Connect is part of the KDE (Linux Desktop Environment).  I think there is a windows version as well.

The ApowerMirror is free to use, only some ads can appear during start if I remember.
