Problem adding a GRID vGPU to a VMWare VM
I installed an nVidia Tesla P4 in our Proliant DL360, running ESXi 6.7, and installed the .VIB for 6.7. No errors during install. nVidia Grid license manager has also been installed with a valid license.
After rebooting the server, ESXi sees the graphics card in ESXi. The Graphics Devices tab shows the correct card:
But when I get to the step of adding it to a VM, I run into an issue. I go to Edit Settings for the VM then Add Shared PCI Device. It automatically populates the box with NVIDIA GRID vGPU, but in the next field I am required to choose a GPU Profile and no profile is available in the dropdown box.
How do I get the GPU Profiles to show up?

Yes: "nVidia Grid license manager has also been installed with a valid license."
You can't download the VIB from nVidia without a valid license.
